Sandra Rublee, LCSW-C
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Eating Disorder Specialist
Bridging Scientific Innovation with Compassionate Clinical Care
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a dual background in biochemistry and clinical social work, I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families across Florida, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Ohio.
In addition to my private practice, Therapy For Solutions, I collaborate with leading experts at the Center for Evidence-Based Treatment (CEBT) alongside Dr. Lucene Wisniewski and her clinical team.
The Intersection of Biochemistry & Psychotherapy
Before entering clinical social work, I earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Zürich and conducted child development research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
This background gives me a deep understanding of nutritional and physical healing, brain chemistry, and the biological impacts of malnutrition. It allows me to bridge hard science with clinical empathy—demystifying physical symptoms for my clients and collaborating seamlessly with medical doctors and dietitians throughout treatment.
