Intake & Diagnostic Evaluation

Navigating the mental health journey can feel overwhelming, but clarity begins with a clear map. Before starting therapy, a Comprehensive Assessment and Diagnostic Evaluation helps build a personalized foundation for your care.

What is the Intake & Diagnostic Evaluation?

Before your first conversational intake and diagnostic evaluation, you will complete a comprehensive battery of evidence-based clinical assessments.

  1. Screening questionnaires identify key symptoms across a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders.

  2. These baseline measurements establish a clear metric to track your therapeutic progress over time.

  3. Once your clinical assessment battery is complete, you will meet for a structured intake session (60–90 minutes).

  4. In a supportive, judgment-free space, we collaboratively review assessment findings, clarify current life stressors, and identify primary symptoms.

  5. The final step translates your diagnostic evaluation into a tailored recovery roadmap and personalized treatment plan.
