Individualized, Science-Based Care
Individual therapy draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Unified Protocol (UP), SPACE, and mindfulness-based approaches.
For eating disorders, specific interventions include Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), CBT for ARFID (CBT-AR), and DBT adapted for eating disorders (DBT-ED/MED-DBT), SPACE for ARFID, TBT-S.
Depending on your initial assessment and diagnosis, the treatment plan is individually tailored toward your current needs — and toward what is most effective based on the best and most current research and evidence.
